We will gladly accept returns under the following terms;
Your return must have a return authorization code;
to obtain this pleasecall us during business hours at; 847-478-9690 Mon. 12-5  Tues.-Sat. 10-5 (we are closed on Sunday)
Items must be returned in our original packaging, with all tags attached (tags on the item maynot be removed for any reason)Return authorization code must be on the outside of the box. A legible note must be included inside, also with return authorization code.
Return package must be insured for full value of contents. Return package must be received in our store, within 10 business days of your original receipt of package.
Our items are carefully inspected prior to being shipped to you and will arrive to you in perfect condition. (unless package is damaged during shipping)
Credit will be given in original purchasing form. The item will be accepted for credit when received by us with these criteria met.
Gift items may be exchanged for store credit only.
